Wild fish is the speciality bream or wolf fish simply baked with Pas du Cerf olive oil. There is also a spectacular Charolais beef tartar and ravioli with goat cream and chives. For dessert, treat yourself to a hearty banana ‘nem' with whipped chocolate cream sauce.
