Despite its small size, this museum constitutes a real trompe-l'oeil, because it contains some 2,000 paintings, amulets, and books, each worthy of careful analysis, that together provide a comprehensive overview of centuries of Korean history and culture. Art workshops are part of the programme, teachingtraditional Korean art techniques like fan painting, woodcut printing, and amulet stamping. A delicious cup of green tea awaits at the end of the visit.
