Le Coq Rico: chicken supreme

mono product

An atypical address with chic and elegant decor that serves the best of the barnyard.

Located in the heart of Montmartre, this unique yet well-known restaurant is run by three-star chef Antoine Westermann. The restaurant's focus? The humble chicken. Armed with countless resources and numerous recipes, Westermann wonderfully prepares chicken in all its forms.

Opt for a whole roasted chicken, or try three different kinds. The chicken is served with its own jus, home fries, macaroni gratin, or green salad in the warmer season. You can also rediscover chicken soup, chicken broth, chicken terrine, chicken livers, and many other poultry variations.

And because there can be no chicken without eggs (or is it the other way around?), there are many egg dishes to chose from, as well: sunny side up, boiled, or fried Russian style, and served with mayonnaise and mixed crunchy vegetables.
