Do not hesitate to push open the door of this bright and happy Art Deco bistro, which opened for the first time in the late 19th century. Today, Christian Constant manages this famous Toulouse landmark, open seven days a week, which is the rare eating establishment where reservations aren't needed.
The interior is a whirl of panelling, stucco mouldings, mosaics, and other Baroque follies that give the restaurant the dimensions of an old brasserie, but with a true bistro style.
In the kitchen, the classics revisited by the chef will not disappoint: egg mimosa with tuna, croque monsieur sandwiches, Cantal poultry or veal liver with bacon. Further along on the menu, which is drawn between the old and the new, there are a succession of delights and pleasures. A cheerful experience, full of light.
