From noon until 1:00 a.m., the brasserie La Table du Terminus offers a beautiful dining experience, which is followed (from 8:00 p.m.) by a much more lounge atmosphere with DJs or live music on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. And don't forget, of course, the inevitable happy hour from 6:00-9:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The chef Adil Mezzat lacks neither ambition nor creativity in the kitchen, offering homemade foie gras through to macaroons. The tournedos Rossini and mashed potatoes with truffles sing the impeccable gourmet culinary score of Gioachino Rossini, while the risotto Saint-Jacques is meltingly delicious. Add smiling and attentive service and this becomes an address that should be consumed without moderation, on two levels, with very reasonable prices right in the heart of Rabat.
