Always very fresh, the cuisine adapts to the available daily products especially things from the sea, his favourite focus. It must be said that, because you are in the islands, lobster and grouper abound. The menu is beautifully composed, offering classic dishes with Creole accents. Lobster ravioli or a filet of sea bass may follow marlin carpaccio or foie gras mi-cuit with a sweet potato compote.
