Hotpod Yoga: an adventure that is, well, hot!

wellness & sport

A permanent address on Helmsley Place with continued ‘ephemeral' sessions in Brixton and Notting Hill.

Yoga has new followers every day worldwide, many need to disconnect from an overly stressful and fast-paced urban life. Londoners are no exception. Nick Higgins and Max Henderson had the idea of offering high-temperature yoga in a ‘Hotpod', a mobile yoga studio.

Indeed, they have developed inflatable cocoons that are heated to 37°C in which up to 25 people can gather to do their Vinyasa sessions, a sort of cousin to Bikram yoga with shorter, 45-minute classes and a slightly lower temperature.

After ephemeral sessions in Brixton and Notting Hill, which will continue, the two young men now have a permanent location on Helmsley Place in a permanent studio that offers its customers a shower, juice bar, and changing room.
