Hotel Henriette - bohemian Left Bank

hot tip

After Marcel and Edgar, now it's Henrietta's turn to enrich the capital.

Opened in 2015 on a small street near historic rue Mouffetard, Henriette broke with the conventions of the Parisian hotel industry and especially that of the Left Bank. Thirty-two singular rooms transport us to the world of a Berlin loft or a Napoleonic house. Wood and solid colours bring together peacock blue, yellow and white. There are vintage fabrics from the flea market, and 50s-inspired Danish furniture.

Designed by journalist Vanessa Scoffier, the decor is not the only asset of this doll house but its friendly, benevolent 21st century concierge as well, and a small conservatory where delicious homemade breakfasts are served. A secret address for those in the know.
