Hakkasan: for duck with caviar

The headquarters for fashion models and Shanghainese bankers.

What goes around comes around. The first Hakkasan, dedicated to Cantonese cuisine, was born in London. After opening 11 restaurants around the planet, the first Hakkasan finally opened in China. And in just two years, it has won a Michelin star.

This chic venue is the place to eat, to see and to be seen. Models and bankers are among the regulars. In a black spot-lit decor, with rice paper partitions, eat chicken with jasmine tea and mustard seed sauce, sautéed Angus beef sirloin with Merlot sauce, and crispy duck with caviar. Hakkasan also offers delicious dim sum.
