Dishoom: Indian cuisine from breakfast until late

indian

A bacon naan roll to start your day or an East Indian Gimlet to finish your evening, the Dishoom restaurants have delicious dishes on offer all day long.

Fashioned after the ‘Irani Cafés', mythical 19th-century eateries in India run by Persian immigrants, the Dishoom addresses maintain some of the exotic ambiance of yesteryear in their unique dishes and drinks.

The teams at these street-food inspired eateries will be happy to explain the menu and direct you to the dishes that will suit your cravings. Depending on your preferences and your tolerance for spicy food, you can enjoy delicious Indo-British-Iranian cuisine throughout the day. Perhaps a bun maska, a buttery bun, to dip in your chai? Or maybe lamb samosas with Gujarati filo and okra fries, or an Iranian inspired Biryani, a slow-cooked dish to be shared; all are tasty and affordable options, whatever the hour. The Dishoom restaurants are in Covent Garden, Shoreditch, Carnaby, and King's Cross.

They are open almost every day of the year from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday until midnight.
