Concept and design stores are multiplying like wildfire in the streets of the city.

If you are passionate about decor and design, you will have endless choices, as Japan has an incredibly rich and varied artisanal heritage. Lacquer, pottery, ceramics, textiles, paper, wood, and essences, are all featured in artisanal objects that are part of a rigorous selection for Tokyo concept stores.

D47 Design Travel presents a collection of traditional Japanese merchandise, regional specialties, classic tools, and gastronomic ingredients from the four corners of the archipelago. Syuro is a mini-store located in the old city of Otemachi, whose artisans revisit the objects of daily life, such as metal tea and biscuit boxes. Cibone is a café and boutique with Nordic styling that presents a collection of tableware, home design, furniture, and clothing.

Finally, the Claska Gallery & Shop Do presents folkloric works of art, lights, fashion accessories, decor items, and Japanese cooking utensils. A real Ali Baba's cave without the 40 thieves!
