Cherry Circle Room, intimate ambience with Midwest cuisine

bar restaurant fashion

Intimate and authentic, the Cherry Room Circle takes its design cues from Chicago's, Prohibition period ‘speakeasy' bars.

This is the perfect place to dine after an aperitif at Cindy's, the bar with stunning views on the roof of the same building on Millennium Park.

The canteen of the Chicago Athletic Association, a group of historic buildings mostly converted into hotels, has just been completely renovated in a spirit just as refined and hushed as the original, with upholstered leather chairs and elaborately carved woodwork, but with a more modern twist.

In the kitchen, the young chief Peter Coenen takes his inspiration from a collection of menus, some dating as far back as 1890, to redefine with finesse the rustic mainstays of Chicago's regional cuisine.
