There are several stalls at Chandni Chowk that cater to the delight of travellers who come to the market to savour the flavours of India.

If you want to eat the best Indian street food, go to the oldest market of Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk. There, enjoy the food at Natraj Dahi Bhalla, which serves the best dahi bhalla in the city.

Also known as dahi vada, this dish consists of lentil dumplings served with whipped yogurt cream, and topped with sweet and spicy chutney. For fans of the samosa fritters stuffed with vegetables or meat head to another famous market stand called the Old Famous Jalebi Wala. If you have a sweet tooth, check out Kuremal Mohan Lal Kulfi Wale, which, since 1908, has often won the prize for best kulfi or ice cream. Kake Di Hatti, meanwhile, makes the biggest naans puffed bread dough that is baked in a hot oven in all of Delhi, right in front of your eyes.
