Our agents will be pleased to assist you during your journey through the airport. They will guide you to your gate, provide travel tips and help you complete airport procedures.
A dedicated agent will stay by your side all the way to the boarding gate and guide you through the airport at your own rhythm. For example, if you have a connecting flight and need to get to your gate as quickly as possible, he or she will show you the quickest way through the airport! Our agent can also adapt to your rhythm if you prefer to take your time and enjoy our airport lounges or duty-free shops.
Are you traveling alone or with 1 to 3 other people? This service is available from €200 including tax*, subject to availability. In just a few minutes, you can request a personalized service at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport up to 1.5 hours prior to departure for medium-haul flights and 2 hours for long-haul flights. For all other airports, please contact us at least 48 hours before your flight´s departure.

- Prefer to "travel light?” We can pre-check in* your baggage from a location in the city for flights departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. That way you can enjoy your last day in Paris without having to worry about your baggage.
